HOW LONG WILL THE PRINTS TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We despatch prints as quickly as possible on receiving your order. Obviously how quickly you receive yours will depend on your location relative to us in the UK. We’d ask that you allow 28 days for delivery in any case, and then feel free to contact us at: [email protected] if you have any concerns.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU USE?
We currently use PayPal to process our payments. PayPal is a secure, internationally-renowned, trusted payment processor who can accept all major credit and debit cards. Signing-up for a PayPal account is quick, easy and absolutely free for you – we just pay a small percentage of the cost of the sale to them as a processing fee.
We’ve personally used PayPal on many occasions to make payments online and have had no problems whatsoever. Any questions or queries regarding payment methods, however, please don’t hesitate to contact us on the above email address.
HOW WILL THE PRINTS BE PACKAGED?
Each print will be carefully rolled and packaged in a robust cardboard postal tube. These will be in one of two sizes, depending on the print(s) chosen.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE PRINTS AVAILABLE IN?
The measurements given on each page are the actual size of the original piece, measured as accurately as possible, both in centimetres (cm) and inches (in).
ALL prints are always available in the original size given.
However, selected prints (particularly the larger ones) are also available in half sizes too. This is clearly marked on each page when relevant.
